Active Surrey is driven by the life-changing impact that moving more can have on the people and communities of Surrey, from better health to crime reduction, and from improved wellbeing to a better environment.  In December 2024, the Club4/HAF Team at Active Surrey posted a request on the Surrey County Council (SCC) Community Marketplace for donations of food hampers, warm clothing and goodie bags  to be given out at two pantomime events organised for children receiving benefit-related free school meals.

Vision ERP (“Enterprise Resource Planning”) responded to the request and offered to donate towards the requested items. Through their donation, Club4/HAF Team were able to provide hot drinks for parents and distribute colouring pencils for children at the events.

The parents who attended the pantomime were delighted with the donations, and wrote:

“I wanted to say a huge thank you for arranging such a wonderful evening tonight. We all had a lovely time. The extra kindness of the colouring books and craft set was a wonderful gesture and the packed lunch and drink very much appreciated.”

“I wanted to say a huge ‘thank you’ for organising the HAF trip to the Yvonne Arnaud last night. We had the best family  time together and the show was outstanding. The meals and hot drinks were so well organised. Thank you to all involved!”
